Terms of Service

Welcome to AltaRev. These terms govern our working relationship with hotels, hospitality groups, and partners. The goal is simple: clarity, fairness, and accountability on both sides.
1. Scope of Work
Before any collaboration begins, AltaRev will define a clear scope — including goals, deliverables, timelines, and pricing — typically outlined in a proposal or email confirmation.
If new tasks, analyses, or services are requested that fall outside the original agreement, we’ll provide an updated quote and confirm before proceeding. No surprises, no hidden costs.
2. Payment Terms
AltaRev operates on 28-day billing cycles, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each cycle represents one billing period for ongoing services or consulting retainers.
Invoices are due within 7 days of issue, and late payments may pause ongoing work or access to deliverables.
Final reports, dashboards, or system access may be withheld until the account balance is settled in full.
All payments are accepted via bank transfer, Stripe, or Wise.
3. Service Adjustments
AltaRev’s services are defined in advance and optimized for efficiency.
Changes to the agreed scope or objectives can be requested but will be reviewed and quoted separately.
Our focus is on continuous improvement — not revisions of completed work — to ensure momentum and measurable results.
4. Timelines & Availability
AltaRev will provide a clear timeline for deliverables, calls, and review points.
Timely feedback, data access, and communication from the client are essential for staying on track.
5. Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, you own all final reports, analyses, dashboards, and materials created specifically for your business.
AltaRev retains ownership of its internal methodologies, templates, and intellectual property used to produce the work.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AltaRev may reference non-confidential outcomes or anonymized data in case studies, presentations, or portfolio examples.
6. Communication
Most collaboration happens asynchronously to maintain focus and efficiency.
We use email, Notion, and scheduled calls for communication and project tracking.
AltaRev aims to reply within 1–4 hours on weekdays. Urgent requests or ad-hoc meetings will be handled based on availability and project priority.
7. Cancellations
You may terminate a service agreement at any time with written notice.
In that case, you’ll be invoiced for all work completed up to the end of the current 28-day cycle.
8. Liability
AltaRev guarantees the delivery of services with professional care and accuracy based on the data and systems provided.
However, AltaRev cannot be held liable for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Errors or technical issues caused by third-party software (e.g., PMS, RMS, OTA platforms)
Client system limitations, data inaccuracies, or implementation errors beyond our control
All recommendations and forecasts are provided in good faith and based on the information available at the time.
9. Confidentiality
All client information — including financial data, performance results, and internal communications — is treated as strictly confidential.
AltaRev will not share, reuse, or disclose your data without prior written consent.
If desired, a Mutual NDA can be signed before project start.
10. Portfolio & Case Studies
We occasionally showcase successful collaborations in our portfolio or presentations.
Any identifiable hotel name, logo, or performance data will only be shared with your written approval.
Anonymous or aggregated results (e.g., “independent 4-star hotel in Cascais increased ADR by 12%”) may be used for illustrative purposes.
11. Updates to Terms
AltaRev may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect process, legal, or business adjustments.
The latest version is always available at www.altarev.com/terms.
By continuing to work with AltaRev after changes are published, you agree to the updated terms.
